Edward S. Sczechowicz, Ph.D.; Clinical Director

is a licensed psychologist who has been involved in treating juvenile and adult offenders for the past 25 years. He is actively involved as an expert witness and forensic evaluator for the courts, specializing in violence risk assessments (including sexual and domestic violence), competency, child custody, and psychosexual evaluations. He has appeared locally and nationally on television and radio as an expert in the treatment of sexual offenders and addictions.

Jo Ann Miniea, M.S. Ed.; Program Director,

is a licensed mental health counselor with 25 years of experience in a variety of mental health fields, including sexual offenders, domestic violence, victim’s counseling, and addictions. She has worked with numerous individuals with psychological and psychiatric problems, and is also a National Board Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. She has appeared locally on radio and television as an expert in the field of sexual violence.


All staff providing direct services are experienced mental health professionals. In addition, support staff include psychiatrists, marriage and family therapists, certified addiction professionals, and social workers.
